Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding telecom services, plans, promotions, and billing.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

  • Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in the telecom industry will be considered an advantage.

  • Full-time position with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening).
