Key Responsibilities:
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Tableau/Power BI.
Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in complex datasets to support business strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and data-driven solutions.
Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to inform business decisions.
Assist in implementing data governance and best practices across the organization.
Continuously research and implement new tools, techniques, and technologies in the big data domain.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, or similar platforms.
Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Big Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
Proven track record of working with large datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
Working Hours:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Flexible working hours with a remote work option.
