As a shift supervisor at Starbucks, you'll personify the operational standards that define our Starbucks Experience. Leading each shift, you will work closely with a team of baristas to offer outstanding customer service and expertly-made products. In our dynamic store environment, you'll have opportunities to positively lead and guide others, maintain a supportive team culture, and develop your leadership abilities. - One year of customer service in a retail or restaurant setting
Basic Qualifications
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adhere to store operational policies and standards, which encompasses delivering high-quality beverages and food, cash management, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Six months experience in a role that demands constant customer interaction.
- Ability to prepare and guide the preparation of beverages and food according to standard recipes or customizations for clients, including recipe adjustments.
- Possess at least six months experience in delegating tasks to others or managing the efforts of two or more team members.
