Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process insurance policy applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems with the highest level of accuracy.

  • Generate reports, statements, and other documentation required by management.

  • Support front-office teams by providing timely and reliable back-end assistance.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Monitor and verify policy details, premiums, and claims data.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient resolution of client issues.

  • Uphold confidentiality, data security, and compliance with insurance regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and internship experience will also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Standard office timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Occasional flexibility may be required depending on business needs.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and compliance standards (preferred).
