Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage incoming e-commerce orders in the system.

  • Verify order details, billing, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and warehouse teams to track order fulfillment.

  • Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and update order records accordingly.

  • Prepare reports on order processing metrics and highlight any issues.

  • Support the customer service team by providing back-end order information.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data accuracy, and confidentiality standards.

  • Assist in improving operational workflows and suggesting process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.

  • Excellent data entry and computer literacy skills (MS Office, ERP or CRM tools).

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in back-office support, order management, e-commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience in working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with logistics coordination and supply chain processes is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility may be required during peak business periods).

  • Hybrid/remote working options may be available based on performance and business needs.
