The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our thriving real estate agency. This role is pivotal in connecting our agents with potential clients by scheduling qualified appointments, maintaining communication, and ensuring a smooth process from initial outreach to meeting confirmation. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients to schedule appointments with real estate agents.

  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, preferences, and readiness to engage in the buying, selling, or renting process.

  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client information and appointment details.

  • Confirm scheduled appointments and ensure all parties are well-prepared.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts.

  • Maintain a professional, positive, and engaging approach with all prospective clients.

  • Track and report appointment-setting activities, including conversion rates and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Confident, persuasive, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred.

  • Real estate industry knowledge is an advantage but not required.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling based on business needs.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required depending on client demand.

  • Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology (a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
