Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the execution and management of a prestigious Government Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining compliance with project requirements, and serving as a vital link between internal teams, government representatives, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee administrative activities to ensure seamless project operations.
Prepare, review, and manage project-related correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems in line with government requirements.
Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
Liaise with government officials, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with project objectives.
Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor communication, and record-keeping.
Support financial administration tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
Handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure excellent communication across all project partners.
Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and compliance documentation required for the government project.
Provide general office support, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and logistical support for meetings/events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within government projects, NGOs, or large corporate organizations.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects and managing compliance requirements.
Prior exposure to government protocols, procurement processes, or public-sector project administration is an advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required depending on project needs).

Familiarity with government project management frameworks and compliance standards.
