Niram Inc. is a large public works general contractor and construction services firm headquartered outside of Morristown NJ. In business since 1985, Niram operates in Upstate New York, the 5 Boroughs and Long Island as well as New Jersey and Connecticut.

Opportunity:
Niram is seeking job candidates for Accounts Payable position.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Office-based position in Cedar Knolls NJ.
Compensation: Competitive Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile vendor statements in Sage Timberline
  • Assist with department projects as needed.
  • Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Qualifications:

  • 2 years in an AP role
  • Experience with Sage Timberline 300 a plus
